Cafe Listings & Information

Cafe Owner Responsibilities

- •Ensure all content is original or properly licensed
- •Not engage in deceptive practices or misrepresent their cafe
- •Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding food service
- •Respect user privacy and data protection laws
Information Accuracy
While we strive to maintain accurate information, Coffie Kafe does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all cafe listings. Users should verify cafe details, hours, and availability before visiting or making reservations.
Ratings & Reviews
Coffie Kafe allows users to rate and review cafes. By submitting a review or rating, you agree to:
- •Provide honest, constructive feedback based on your genuine experience
- •Not submit false, defamatory, or misleading reviews about any cafe
- •Not submit reviews on behalf of competitors or for financial incentive
- •Respect intellectual property rights and avoid spoilers in restaurant reviews

Review Moderation

Rating System

Reservation System
Coffie Kafe facilitates reservations between users and participating cafes. Reservations made through our platform are subject to the cafe's reservation policy.
User Responsibilities

Cafe Responsibilities

- •Honor confirmed reservations unless circumstances beyond their control prevent it
- •Communicate clearly about reservation policies, minimum orders, and special requirements
Cancellation Policy
Each cafe may have its own cancellation policy. Coffie Kafe is not responsible for cancellation fees, penalties, or refunds. Users should review the cafe's specific policy before making a reservation.
User Conduct & Community Guidelines
Coffie Kafe is committed to maintaining a respectful community. You agree not to:
- •Harass, threaten, or abuse cafe owners, staff, or other users
- •Engage in discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
- •Share personal information about others without consent
- •Attempt to manipulate ratings through fake reviews or multiple accounts
- •Use the platform for illegal activities or to promote illegal services
- •Spam or flood the platform with repetitive or irrelevant content
Violations of community guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
Intellectual Property Rights
Coffie Kafe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Coffie Kafe, its contributors, and our partners. This includes logos, trademarks, website design, original content, and software.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for Service-related purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffie Kafe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, disputes, health issues, or service interruptions.
Coffie Kafe's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without representations or warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or reliability of cafe information.
You use Coffie Kafe at your own risk. It is your responsibility to verify information and make informed decisions about which cafes to visit.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coffie Kafe and its officers from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, your content, or interactions with cafes or users.
Termination
Coffie Kafe may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, submit false information, or have multiple policy violations.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Modifications to Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
